im only doing 2 lbs  right now, but i will be doing the 3's soon. i lost 1  of  the gray pieces  that hold them all together,  it rolled  i didn't find it yet, but yes cool.

The weights are great for women, especially those just starting to work out their arms. The only thing I do not like about it is the flimsy rack it comes with. Even if the screws are tightened completely, the rack tilts and sways back and forth.

This is just what I needed to try and strengthen after two surgeries, they are small enough to have at home, yet they have weight to train and work with. The little holder is light weight and easy to put together. I can sit it most anywhere.  Perfect! Thank you for getting them to me quickly.

Neoprene Dumbbell Set

Excellent set for the price.  Yes, we did need to make the stand more sturdy, the setup as it comes doesn't work well.  I knew that would be an issue from the other reviews.  As set up, the stand is now very sturdy, the weights are nice, and it looks attractive on my shelf.  I am very happy with this.

i am a 60 yr old woman , have had radical back surgery, and i need to maintain muscle. these are good quality, nice neoprene coating, rack is easy to assemble, color coded for us girls ! a great value and quality.i plan on using these every day, nothing radical, just nice and easy workout. any exercise is better than none ! i am very limited to what i can do, but these are just perfect.

Easy to grip, comfortable to hold during a workout. You can feel them working; very effective during my exercise routine. I priced these on several other sites, and some wanted $30 - $50 more for this set. And that, in some cases, was without shipping and handling! You will be very happy with this purchase!

Can't beat the quality for this price!

Weights are comfortable to use and do not slip out of my hands. 
Rack for weights is chintzy plastic. Would prefer something sturdier.

I ordered this set of hand weights because I needed to have them to be able to continue my Physical Therapy exercises here in my home.  Because I am disabled and am just building my strength this set was perfect for me due to the fact that they are not heavy weights.  The lightest one being just 2 pounds, then 3 pounds, then the heaviest being 5 pounds.  I am very pleased with the set and they look like they will hold up very well.  They were also very affordable.  The only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 had to do with the stand that was sent with them.  It is made of very cheap, thin plastic.  So much so, I chose not to use it.  However, as inexpensive as the set was I don't find this to be surprising.  I'm thrilled with my purchase.  I would heartily recommend them.

Dumb bell set

The standard 2, 3, and 5 pound weights are all here. I like that these weights are contoured so they are thinner in the middle and thicker as they go out to the ends...comfortable to hold. Only negative with this set is the flimsy stand the weights sit on....it could be a bit more sturdy and especially there needs to be a handle so you can pick the set up easily.

This set is a good purchase for the price. I was not impressed with the stand, though and can only give it an average rating for that reason.  We actually got out my 18V drill/driver to put the flimsy stand together.  I have only had it for a week, so I cannot vouch for how durable it will be in the long run. I just know it wasn't the easiest thing to put together.

Stand needs improvement

The rack is super cheap which is fine but the holes for the screws are to small and the screws don't fit.
