Strong enough for stepping up and down on. 2 pieces click out of ends to raise or lower. Used it as a step for our wheelchair bound father, helped get him in and out of our truck. Worked well.

This stepper is very sturdy made of hard plastic and is adjustable, i weigh 201 lbs and it is very comfortable going up and down on the stepper. It is not slippery and does not slide when in use.

Nice aerobics workout  piece of equipment

this stepper is just as good as those outrageously priced ones, works the same way, just as stable and adustable. so glad i found it. well made, priced right, what else could you ask for. crazy to pay more.

great stepper

It's a sturdy step with risers, but it's very narrow. My whole foot barely fit on the surface and for safety your whole foot should be on the surface. So I couldn't go real fast because I had to just be cautious to make sure my foot was firmly on the surface. So,  while it's a nice sturdy step with risers, I can't recommend it because your whole foot needs to be on the surface.

I love that I am able to do some workouts that require some height variation, but this step is not the standard step size for workouts such as step aerobics. It's also a challenge if you want to use it to lay down for chest presses, etc. 
It IS good for many other workout options such as weighted step ups, tricep dips, etc. and it's especially good if you're very limited on space. It is a good value for my purposes!

I was afraid that the step might not be substantial enough for me to be confident about using it; however, I have been surprised that it does seem sturdy enough. I use it as discussed with a physical therapist to strengthen my ankles. I have lupus, and my ankle joints are fairly rigid. I need more flexibility to walk faster, especially going down stairs. It has not slipped with me yet! I use it 2-3 times weekly, so I have been pleased. It is sturdier than I thought it would be and more stable. I place a chair in front of it to step up and down on the step; I hope that makes sense. It is perfect for home use %26 keeps me from driving to the gym several times a week.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Okay product. I don't like the fact that the extra steps do not stay attached in the storage area underneath. So every time I pick it up the extra steps fall out.

The Tone Fitness Aerobic Stepper is exactly what I wanted; however, when I received the package...it was a lot smaller and shorter than what I expected. It doesn't feel like I'm even stepping off the ground.

Due to my health, body, doesn't help me. Creates more pain in body.
