It is great item, you can wear all day this way  can support your back. Also, even just walking around all day you will sweat but the best results are when you workout. Great product meet my expectations.

Slimmer belt great for workout

This is my first day with the product. I put it on and worked out. After that I measured my waist, and I lost about an inch all in a 30 minute cardio workout. I am surprised and amazed because Ive been trying to lose an inch forever after haivng my son who is now 6 months. Im not overweight, i just needed to trim my belly fat. I love the reusable hot and cold pack, bcuz those are hard to come by. Its worth the price. Ill check in ina week to let you guys now if everything is going the same. Im hoping the inch dont come back by dinner time.

Helps to stop "extra" belly from moving when jogging, which was what I bought it for.  Also sweats A LOT underneath which may help as well

Works great

Bought it first time several years ago to help lose inches. Realized it supported my back and relieved the pain. Bought another one to keep in car. Wore out those 2 and could no longer find them at the store. Ordered 2 online and wear them daily.

Great for lower back

It is a great quality and the added value of having the hot/cold pack definitely makes it worth while especially for the price. As far as it slimming your waist, that does not happen with any of these slimmer belts. All they do is make you sweat therefore removing water under the skin not fat, which is the reason I purchased it, so I am happy with it.

The belt is great to wear while walking it helps relieve back pain. I love the fact it helps to promote sweating, the only problem I find is the flimsy material which rolls up and tears when you pull too tight.

The ice pack or heating pad is good but the belt could have been made stronger in neoprene.
