There were no instructions in box. Went to manufactures website and could not get there. Put together by trial and error.once put together ok. Cushions thinner than we thought would be.

No Instructions

The cushions are thin and weak.  They aren't as they appear.  You will have to spend lots more money upgrading them for your comfort.  Very disappointing!

Disappointing

Furniture is good; however, full assembly was required and NO instructions were included with the product.  This made it difficult to assemble and frustrationg.

Missing Instructions

I wish i was able to see this in stores, i actually wouldnt have bought it. The back is extremely low so its not a "lay back and relax" type of lounger unfortunately.

Looks nice but not as funtional for lounging

It's smaller than I thought and the pillows are not very thick

3 piece sectional

Very lovely to look at...
Very disappointed after it was all assembled, it was not very stable/sturdy!!! The cushions were too thin, which was disappointing, but perhaps I should have checked the dimensions... I assume I will have to secure the furniture with extra brackets, when I actually use it... Perhaps it was the set I received that wasn't built well enough or perhaps wasn't packed well enough, the box was bashed up slightly...

Lovely to look at but...

Looked much better online than the actual product received.  Cushions are not thick and firm, so you feel the rattan back rest through the cushions, and the seat cushions constantly slide off the seat.  If it hadn't been so time consuming to assemble, I'd never have kept it.
