We ordered this set on a Thursday evening and it was delivered the next Tuesday. Packaging was great, no damage and nothing missing.  It took some time to assemble, instructions were so-so as usual but once my husband got the hang of it, it was fairly quick.

Great quality and was delivered on time. Exactly what I was looking for. Only complaint is the clips that come with the sectional to hold each piece together aren't the best. More than half of them broke when putting them on.

Great quality

This is a very nice patio set for the younger crowd.  If you're looking for something with a thicker cushion and maybe a higher back cushion, this set is not for you.  Again it is very nice and color is vibrant.

Red 7 piece sectional

This set is terrible. Very cheap material. I started to open one box and the smell of chemicals was awful. I sent it back.

Liked the size and design but decided to return it because the cushions were very poor quality.

Improved cushions would have made the difference!

wrong items were delivered, its been a hassle  to return. Waiting 45 minutes to talk to a representative to only be told - return the items to the store, request a refund and re-order.

Incorrect items delivered

I am quite unhappy with this purchase. The material is very cheap and the sofa is way too low to the ground. Not inviting to sit on at all. In addition, it took nearly 4 hours to assemble. Would not recommend.
