Allows for flexible placement in small spaces.

It's good. A little noisy but that's expected, not too loud. With all the fans I have, my 2 bedroom apartment is cool through peak hour last of heat in the day. I hope to invest in a portable ac and move this one into my bedroom. It would definitely keep one room nice and cool. I have a new born and a 3 year old, so escaping heat in most of the apartment is more practical for us.

Worth it!

This is my first AC. Living on lower Vancouver Islands temperate weather for 35 years over heating has never been an issue. I didn't use much (maybe 4 times) as the big heat wave was over when I got this.  
I have a 700 sq ft apartment, if I closed the 2 bedroom doors and bath door it did a pretty darn good job of lowering the temp by 5 - 10 degrees within a half hour. 
For the price this unit is a pretty good buy.  If it's still working next summer I'll consider it a great buy and a bonus if it goes beyond.

Air force is 9/10 and it keeps my upstairs kitcen and living room cold. I love setting to energy saver cool and when I leave in the morning when I get home at lunch it is sooo nice to get insdie from the hot summer sun!

I love that it is black cuz the white ones get dirty and discolored. It has great features and cools well! The remote has all the same features and works well also. So far I have no regrets buying this brand I did not know. I would recommend.

Great Air Conditioner!!

Fantastic little A/C unit. Really kicks out the cool air and is easy to install. Nice to have a remote.

Tosot air Conditioner

Cools quickly.  The thermostat lets me keep the room at the temperature I like without having to fiddle with the settings.

Works well

I have both this and the 5,000 BTU model and this one does work better - but costs more. Probably worth the difference though as it has extra power, cools a room off faster and has an auto mode you can set for the temperature, unlike the 5,000 BTU model. The remote is also handy. For people complaining about icing up, the manual does say it cannot run when the outside temperature is less than 18 C - or it ices up. Not ideal, but I don't really need to run it when it's 18 outside.

Good value

Very noisy. Arrived with the packing box and foams damaged and the unit presented apparent signs of wear as well. It was quite small and easier to install in a place I didn't have much room. It was taking quite a long time to cool down the room in which it was. In overall, it didn't satisfy me and I decided to return it.
