This is an excellent air conditioner, i have it in my master bedroom and it works wonderfully. My entire room stays nice and cool, in fact you cant even tell that the outside temperatures are deathly. Great purchase in my opinion  :]

Replaced my old AC. Reliable, runs beautifully. People have commented that it's noisy; I find it's not any worse than any other AC I've used in the past.

This air conditioner works awesome! It's also energy efficient so it turns completely off when it's cooler outside than the set temperature on the AC. I highly recommend this item.

Great air conditioner

Easy to install, but all the different settings are a little difficult to figure out. However, I just set set it on auto and it works fine. Cools my bedroom down quite fast.

Efficient AC

We are very happy with our Tosot 8000 BTU window AC unit. It was easy to set up, easy to use. We weren't sure how well it would cool our place but it works great, cools our living/kitchen area no problem at all. Had it running all day when it was 40 degrees outside. We keep a bucket under the drain & I water my plants with it when full.  Quieter then expected.

Arrived ahead of schedule. Good product for the money. Like the fact it's made in Canada. Runs great but I think I could have used a bit larger BTU.

1st there is no drain on it and fills with water shoots water out on the floor,it will freeze make a squeaking noise and its loud and annoying will also shoot small ice out of it i dont recommend this product at all i will be returning mine to the store soon and looking for something better...

This is the worst air conditioner we've ever owned.  It started acting up right after Wal-mart's return policy expired.  It makes noises all night long.  We've had it since June and it is already starting to get the musty smell old a/c units get after a few years when it's time to replace them.  We haven't been able to get through to the manufacturer at their 1-800 number.  A lot of money wasted on something that didn't work properly for one summer.
