Bought one beginning of summer again after two weeks went to the store and get another set , so much satisfied really gives me comfort and cool the entire house, and again, just ordered for third set, for the whole house, very satisfied. My sister and my nephew ordered as well Tosot AC is very good brand hundred percent recommend!!!

Tosot Potable Air conditions

We are very satisfied with our Tosot portable air conditioner. We have used alternately it in 2 rooms in the top floor of our home, which gets pretty warm. It really only cools one room at a time and does best if the door is closed so it is not trying to cool more than it is able. It is noisy enough that we did not have it on when we went to sleep. But if the temperature got much warmer we could try that. It does have a sleep setting which we did not try. It is nice to look at and pretty easy to set up once we read the instructions. We purchased some foam strips from a foam shop to use in the window. The foam that came with was not up to the job and we wanted to be able to remove the foam and move it to another window as needed. That worked really well. So nice to be cool in the heat. We used it in our exercise room and it was great to be able to exercise in the cool.

Awsome a/c product

It's a great product! Suitable for a small space. It comes with all necessary items and is very easy to install and use. Better to be installed in a corner to reduce the noise. I recommend this product, specially if you don't want to drain the unit every now and then. It's an efficient AC.

Useful and compact AC unit

For what I'm using it for (bedroom about 150sqft), it works fairly well. If you're looking for something to cool your whole house, look elsewhere. I have horizontal sliding windows and they're quite large so I had to use the window kit + extension that it came with. Speaking of the window kit, it's not great but it gets the job done. The extension doesn't really sit flush so there are spaces that will need to be filled with foam. I did have to buy some extra weatherseal foam and some insulating tape. I'll mention that I attached a hose to this and used a bucket so that water constantly drains. I live on Vancouver Island so on very humid days running this for 8 hours can drain about 2 litres of water. To be honest I'm not sure how much water the lower reservoir can hold if you don't use a hose but I'm pretty sure if this fills the ac will turn off. If you live somewhere humid you'll want to use a hose for drainage. Having a single exhaust isn't ideal but for the price I guess that's what you get. It's definitely worth all the fuss during these heat waves though.

Pretty Good (3.5/5)

Horrible window kit. Thermostat temperature is way off. One fan design so if you run just the fan it'll still exhaust air out of your room creating negative pressure. Corner cutting remote. Have had 5 or so units before and this one is by far the cheapest built of them all and worst designed

Garbage

Don't like the fact that it goes on and off and you can't have it on a constant fan setting, makes it hard to have in a bedroom if you're trying to sleep. Also seems to off gas a lot when you unpackage it (toxic/plastic smell).
