My only concern is the marble piece which stained and cannot remove the stains. Also, would like to
know if the marble piece is sealed? Would appreciate an answer. It says too wipe the individual
servers off, not to wash them. I did wash them and allowed them to dry overnight. Overall I think the unit is very nice and look forward to using the Raclette Grill at a dinner with good friends. Thank you!

it's not very rugged, but it's fun to use and not very hard to clean. recommend a nice 3ft heavy duty (minimum 10 gage) extension cord for table top use. 
  Great for special family nights where you don't have to run off quickly, or "foodie" friends over to try different cheeses and bites.

Enjoyable for family time.

Superb device

The quality of the pot feels a bit cheap and the hotplate doesn't sit perfectly on the grill. But it works well and does the job.

Works as advertised

Very belle machine, heating ok, could give off a little more heat.

Satisfied

The poelons are shallow, the non-stick plate is very thin and the poelon for fondue is small. The plate is long to heat despite being at its maximum. We were two couples, two of whom prefer the raclette and two the fondue. Despite all these flaws, it was perfect!
