Works great! Only problem is the lid does not fit nicely. Lid seemed to fit better before it was first warmed up, then after first use and onward, it does not seem to fit properly anymore. But, the quality of the yogurt that is produced from this yogurt maker is exceptional.

I am experienced using yogurt maker for over 10 years, my  previous yogurt maker is malfunction after using 10 years. This yogurt maker is one step lower than my previous, but after making one time yogurt with this maker I found it is very good to make yogurt with time not more than 6 hours.

Time control is important fractor for yogurt

I am so happy with this yogurt maker.  I have already made 3 batches of yogurt, one of which I strained and made into greek yogurt.  I wanted a yogurt maker for some time, but always had the impression that yogurt making was hit or miss.  If I knew that this yogurt maker worked this well and consistently I would have bought it years ago.

Consistent and Easy yogurt making

I bought this a month ago and it makes great thick yogurt. Only issue I have had is one of the 7 lids edge has split. Saving $ using this compared to the store bought greek yogurt.

Works great.

I bought this yogurt maker to make 24 hr SCD legal yogurt with. So far, it has performed well. Very easy to use. You just flip on the power button. There isn't a timer or auto off switch, which is good if you need to ferment your yogurt for 24 hours like I do. However, there is a little dial up top that you can use to remind yourself what time the yogurt will be ready. The only con: It does drip condensation off a little bit, but I just put a dish cloth underneath it.

Good little machine

After making yogurt with a soup pot and a heating pad, this was so much nicer. The yogurt is the same lovely consistency as store bought and all good quality of home made. I love the compact size and individual portions.

So easy, no fuss, no mess

The little on/off knob is just a bit better than a disaster.  Very hard to figure out and to use, and hard to use if you do figure it out.  The tops of the too- small yogurt jars are push on, not screw, and are sort of hard to get off.   None the less, it's inexpensive, and you may well get it to work for you.

It's supposed to be a yogurt maker, but you have to use yogurt to make the yogurt???   Make that make sense to me that that's why I sent it back!!!
I do not recommend this product if you're trying to make yogurt from scratch because with this yogurt maker, you have to use yogurt to make some yogurt !!!

Machine did not get warm enough to make any yogurt. On and off button doesn't work.
