Product did not freeze the ice cream, just made it very cold, with the outside starting to solidify. After running for almost 3 hours. I put the ice cream into another freezer safe bowl and froze it in the freezer. Had a light, fluffy consistency. Returned product, just not good enough for me!

Doesn't freeze...instructions are not clear...and a HUGE HUSTLE TO CLEAN UP (the mixing bow doesn't come out). Defiantly I will return it.
Easier to go to some cooking website where it shows how to make ice cream at home. 

Don't bother

It is not a good option, it is like a toy for the price it has and I have not been able to make ice cream
