I had the original Total Gym model years ago. I gave it away when we moved to a small apartment. I've regretted that since. This newer version is really nice. It still works the way the original did, but with more / better attachments and safety features. 

They can also hold more weight (there's even the option of using a weight bar so you can add weights).

It comes fully assembled (except obviously the attachments) set up is easy. Each exercise works multiple muscle groups at the same time. It folds down for easy storage. Set up and break down only takes 3-4 minutes. It comes with an operation manual and a detailed exercise manual describing the different exercises.

The Total Gym Apex G3 is as good as the original Total Gym, of which I bought 4. I would have preferred the bare-bones model for less than half the price, but it no longer seems to be available. Serves as a good way to end a workout with free weights. Good for flexibility and toning. It can even give a decent upper-body workout in 20 minutes if you don't have time for a serious workout.

Total Gym Apex G3 Continues the Tradition

I bought this Total Gym for my Beach Home. I already own one for my other residence. I was very impressed with the quality of the product for the price. I paid double for a similar one many years ago. You can't beat the number of exercises that can be done at home, for just an investment of $400  dollars.

Love, love, LOVE this system. Easy to put together, easy to use. Takes up very little room. It makes me want to work out, and that is saying a lot! Wish I had purchased it earlier. Well worth the money. It arrived earlier than expected.

I brought it about a month ago and so very happy I got.  Can't understand why I too this long to make this purchase. My husband and I use it every day since purchase.  Actually Total Gym upgraded my purchase from the Supreme to the Total Gym Fit because the Supreme was not in stock.  Very happy.

Great features

I have had the total gym for about a month and I am truly enjoying it! Don't get discouraged with the videos... they may not match the model you buy... but they are still informative. I use them to learn how to do a certain exercise, see where your feet, hands, etc are suppose to go-that helps. There's so many different excercises that you can do - I am still learning but for now I stick with about 10 moves that I truly enjoy.

Love the Total Gym!!

Watched Chuck's commercials on TV for a few years now.  COVID closed my gym and I really didn't like the gym scene anyway. So I ordered Chuck's machine. It's all good.  I use it everyday.  BUT i have one problem that the hand grip and cables get stuck in the rollers.  So much so that i have to yank on them pretty hard to release them.  Maybe Chuck could look into this and redesign that part.  Otherwise this is a great piece of equipment.

I am a 57 yr old female just purchased Supreme model in December 2018, Started using equipment with DVD programs that came with unit. Found out I needed a different wing attachment to follow the programs in order to do the leg exercises but placing heels in the wing attachment. I am looking forward to doing the program once I receive the new attachment. So far the upper body work out has been challenging and I notice a difference in my arms and chest. Believe this was a good purchase for me.
