I hesitated before ordering the cyclotrainer because I couldn't imagine what it would be like to pedal from that angle. It turns out that for me, it's way more comfortable than a regular bike. I have a big belly and leaning forward on a bike to reach the handles can be difficult. This eliminates that issue entirely.

We've had it for several weeks now and my wife and I use it once every day for after our total gym fit workout and we have no problems with the unit. She uses level 7. I use 8. Great cardio. We are still on the first set of batteries. It's easy to install/uninstall. The dvd gives you all you will need to know about using the trainer

Great cardio. Easy to use.

When I ordered the Cyclotrainer, I was halfway expecting a cheap piece of equipment, but after inserting the batteries and using it, I found it to be sturdy and very quiet to use. Also it pretty much kicked my butt by the amount of workout I received from it, with its variable resistance.

Much Better Than I Expected.

I have been trying to take better care of my health. I used the Total Gym at least 4-5 times a week and I love it. I tried to incorrect running into my fitness and it absolutely killed one of my knees. Had horrible pain that would put me down for 2 weeks. I started hearing about the Cyclo Trainer on a FB group I belong to. I splurged and purchased it and I will say it's been an amazing addition to my workouts. Great thing is no knee pain. I ride 11-14 miles on level 4. It is such a great workout! My thighs burn. I'm hoping next week to increase my resistance. I highly recommend purchasing the Cyclotrainer!!

Cyclotrainer!!

I recieved my cyclo trainer the next day - wow and it was very easy to set up. I have owned cycles before but I really enjoy the ease of it and the fact that I can increase my resistance just by putting my gym bench higher or push up with my legs, and it is comfortable.  Great product - highly recommend it. Claire

The CycloTrainer is an excellent addition to my Total Gym! It's ability to function as a recumbent bike is perfect for my knee issues.  Non-jarring, smooth glide with settings for distance, speed and resistance is far beyond expectations.  Set up couldn't be easier!  Much more comfortable and more options than with a stationary bike.  Couldn't be happier with Total Gym and CycloTrainer!

Unbelievably Effective!

This really gives me a good cardio workout.  I am 6'5" and took the advise of another tall man who add a spacer of wood at the bottom of the glide board to give proper distance between the hips and pedals.  My computer works fine with the data. but I have never heard a beep to know when I have achieved my workout goals

Overall great addition.

This attachment provides a good cardio workout without stressing the back or joints.  The one negative is that you are pretty much laying on your back.  So it is difficult to watch TV or play games on your phone, etc. while working out which make it 30 boring minutes.

Good Cardio

My cyclotrainer is still working fine- for now. 
The display however, times out and the resistance resets to level 1 upon next use (re. Since it's battery powered, I expect the batteries won't last very long.
Also, I took off the display module to look inside after a few uses and there is little chunks of rubber from the belt scattered around the inside of the unit. I don't expect that the belt will last very long and I understand that it's not a replaceable item.

Needs improvement

I was excited to begin with but just a couple of months later something came loose inside and the pedals offered no resistance regardless of what number I set.  I have emailed Total Gym about the problem.  The one I had previously lasted well over ten years.  Guess some spring or screw simply came loose.  I very much enjoyed doing my cardio five or six days a week on the cycle-trainer.
