Absolutely enjoy both the total & the rower.  Am a senior female with problem back & blown knee/calf muscle.  Haven't been able to do p90x, Chilean extreme, insanity, because of problems.  Total gym & rower are helping my problems plus making my back & knee/calf stronger.  They're better than my dvd's.  Wouldn't hesitate in purchasing either one, wished would've done it sooner.

The inclined row is great! 
Many different holds with the handle bar to change up your upper body experience, targeting all abs and back muscles.
The seat is nicely scooped for a comfortable seating.

5 stars for sure!!

Love this thing.  It works the whole body and is light enough to move around the house if you want to but not at all flimsy.  It's solidly built.  Easy to assemble.  Shipped fast.  A great deal compared to other pieces of home gym equipment.  I highly recommend this product.

Love it

I didn't realize that the resistance is triggered by increasing the incline which means the incline goes up 6 levels. I thought there would be a gadget to turn or push to add resistance so at first I was disappointed but after I got on I was impressed! I am so happy. It's a total body workout that really challenges you.

Total body workout

Great workout if you are short on time and want a total body workout very impressed with the incline rower and it folds up to put away and save space if your limited on space. Total gym never disappoints and the handle in the accessories is an added plus

Perfect Rower

We love the Total Gym Rower!  What a fantastic and fun workout.  It's more than just a plain boring rowing machine like the gyms have.  It is an excellent cardio and strength training piece of exercise equipment.  Ordering through Total Gym was extremely easy, the Total Gym rep was very helpful, the Rower arrived exactly on the date stated, and it was easy to assemble. In addition to the Owner's Manual, Total Gym emailed an easy-to-follow instructional video on how to assemble it, along with a few workout videos, including a HIIT video, and one on how to target the obliques.  Note:  We use the Rower to supplement our Total Gym Fit (which we also love!).

The Total Gym Rower is SO Worth It!

The panel that holds electronic devices is 1/2" too small for my MS surface pro, but too large for my iphone 12 so it's hard to use any electronic devices. The weight resistance seems tough, even at level 1. I like that it's quiet and folds up pretty easily. Overall, not bad for the price.

I've been a dedicated Total Gym user for several years. Great video support and testimonials helped me develop specific workout routines.
I still maintain a membership in local fitness center. Membership mainly for indoor track and rowing stations. Enter Total Gym Incline Rower.
Well constructed, excellent assembly instructions, quality product for the price for sure.
I know rowing machines and routines . IF I were not accustomed to rowing I would have a problem with lack of Total Gym video workout instructions. Lack of support surprised me. If I had to rate equipment it would be an eight out of ten, instructional support, low five. I , just this month, subscribed to Total Gym workout routines. I do not want this to sound negative toward Incline Rower, just think instructional material could be better.

Very disappointed. The quality of the height adjustment feature on the incline rower is not as good as my Total Gym. 
Specifically, I can't do it myself.  You have to totally unscrew the yellow knob and slide the rail up or down to find the desired height, then re-insert the yellow knob into that hole and try to re-tighten.
The directions say I should just pull the yellow knob and slide to the desired position.  
This does not work.  When I pull on the yellow knob, nothing happens. You have to totally unscrew slide to another hole, reinsert and screw in again.  Screw and washers are weird.  
I am used to the Total Gym, where you can just slide the height adjustment up and down to the desired level.
