Toto soft close lid/seat

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to install and comfortable for anyone.

We purchased this Toto seat to replace a seat we've had for about ten years, also a Toto seat and (I am quite sure) the same model number.  The new seat is flatter, especially toward the rear of the seat, and does not have the overlap detail between the lid and the seat as shown in the picture of the old seat.  The new seat also seems to be made of a less dense plastic and, while it doesn't necessarily feel cheap, it does feel cheaper.  I would, however, recommend the item...just not with a glowing review.

I have to say I'm a bit disappointed.

Although the unit is screwed down as tightly as possible, the seat wiggles bag and forth with any shifting of weight.  It is a poor design.  Very disappointing. I expected a better quality seat from the makers of an excellent low flow toilet that rarely clogs. Would submit a video but that's not an option.
