Assembly was fairly easy.  The trolley did what it was supposed to do and rolled across the grass yard, distributing the trailer's tongue weight and not overloading my tractor.
As a user, going forward is great.  Trying to back up is a real challenge (the two joints make for a really complicated dynamic).  This item worked pretty well as a hand-operated manual trolley as well.

Loving everything about it

Similar to comments from others, the product arrived with the following issues:
1. Missing 5 washers that seems to be a manufacturing defect of the two washers required per bolt being melted together.
2. The main metal beam is too long at the tip for the hitch coupler to properly operate and I had to remove about an inch.
3. The grease zerks on the wheels are horrible and broke on first use.
In summary, you need to factor in a couple $$ and time to actually make this dolly useable.

Only buy if you are willing to fix defects

Item arrived in a timely manner.  Put the whole darn thing together to note one of the tires was flat.  Attempted to air it up and the air came out as fast as I put it in!  The inner tube around the valve stem was defective and the rim was bent.  Had to lug it back to Walmart after taking it apart again.   Be wary and inspect the wheels before putting it together, might save you some heartache.  Otherwise, I'm sure it would have been a kick-*ss unit.

Disappointing!

Some of the parts are low grade. I had to go to the local farm supply store to make it the way it should of been. I don't get how people can take the cheap way out.
