Although the hitch looks fine I am very upset about the condition of the box when it arrived (severly damaged and packing taped). I bought what was advertised as a "new product" and it had obviously been opened, the pieces had been cut from the packaging and then thrown back in. I am angry. This was a birthday gift for someone else and it looked like I was giving them a used item instead of new. I will not be buying things via Walmart online, if this is what you send via your suppliers. Disappointing.

Don't send me opened returned items as brand new
