Hello, I ordered a projector from Toytexx and realized that the device had already been used. There was another person's account still connected to the projector, which clearly indicates that it was previously returned and not brand new. I paid for a new item, not a returned product.

Returned product

After plugging in, the projector did not turn on no matter how many times the power button is pressed. Using the remote control (with brand new batteries) did not help at all. The user manual was not helpful, either.

I actually thought I was purchasing this item from Walmart directly as part of their boxing day week sale. I did not realize that I was purchasing from their market place. Anyone purchasing from Walmart should triple check if they are buying from random sellers that are here to scam you. I am very disappointed with my experience with shopping at Walmart.

There is no point in attaching photos as I will need a video to show that the machine does not turn on.

Scam?

Netflix and Amazon prime does not work at all. It does not even allow to update via Google play store. It's a total waste of money.
