I have purchased these before and they are great and also buy the original senna and really like both of them. They are great to use if you have constipation problems, they really help.

I've tried all three flavors of smooth move and peppermint is my favorite. I drink this right after dinner and by the time I wake up, I'm good to go. There is some mild cramping which I don't mind and sometimes I'd have to go more than once in a span of 30 minutes from first movement. Really love this product! Lessens the bloating for sure.

Works like a charm!

I have been drinking Smooth Move tea for years ever since the 70's when it first came out. Have had a very hard time getting it down over the years due to the licorice. But am HOPING that the Peppermint one might mask the licorice. I am going to try it.

The licorice taste comes through so much for me

I tried this for the first time and love it! The taste is great, very sweet, which I enjoyed. No cramping or upset tummy, just able to GO! Highly recommend! Trying the Detox Tea next!

Does the job!

Traditional Medicinals is a very responsible company. The reviews I've read say this company is one of few others who use neither pesticides nor GMO'S. We have a drawer full of Traditional Medicinals tea.

Smooth Moves works

I've tried teas only with senna leaf in them and found I had to mask the flavor with something else, but this blend of peppermint with senna tastes great. I also saw the effects of this tea within 8 hours.

Great taste and effective laxative

Middle School Anatomy Teachers should require their students to experience Smooth Move Peppermint in order to fully appreciate the dimensions of the large intestine. The human body is amazing and so is this tasty product.

I bought my tea approximately 2-3 weeks ago. This tea really does work but the only bad part about it, it is that it causes a lot of cramps, so it is not a very smooth after all. I feel that I can continue to use the product, but the fact that it causes cramps it's not very pleasing.

Smooth Move

I've been using this product for a couple of weeks. In the morning, after drinking it at night, I get a lot of abdominal cramps. That's one of the negative side effects of this tea; however, I do like the taste and it does get things moving. For constipation, it has been effective.

Good-okay

I don't care for peppermint or chamomile.. Please bring back the chocolate flavor!
