This item is very user friendly for 4 yr. operator. It assembles without frustration and works well. The changer plug is a bit sensitive, it requires adult support.

I'm a few months from 70 years old and I just love this train set. Everything works as advertised.  My 1 1/2 year old granddaughter is going to be so excited to watch the train moving on the track although she lives next to busy, live railroad tracks.

Awesome train set

As a child I had a 86 Walt Disney Express/Town Square set up. I still own it today, and wanted to share the tradition with my 1.5 yo. He's destructive as heck so I wanted something I wouldn't care if he ruined… I absolutely love this train set, it's helped him understand to treat a toy with care. We made a DIY scene for him to ruin and move around. So much fun for the both of us. He can fully work the remote and switch. The sounds can be turned off, the steam is huge bonus. I charge the battery 2 times a day just cause I let it run all the time. It absolutely involves adult assembly and assistance to align the wheels but for his first train this was a WIN!

Perfect first Train set!

This train was a birthday gift for my three-year old grandson.  He loves it and so does his dad! it is tricky getting the cars situated on the tracks but ince set it is very cool!

My\nGrandson really enjoyed the train.I bought 2 different types in this one is definitely his favorite.Thank you was easy to understand instructions which was important to my eleven year old grandson

I love this cute train so much. it's easy to assemble. it would be great to be around the Christmas tree. All parts were in the box with a few spares included. easy to get back in the box for storage. this is going to get a lot of attention during the Christmas season. I can't wait for December to come.

It's easy to all the tracks together with the shape. There are totally with 6 types of them. Make sure the train are on the track correctly before turning on the remote. In addition, it is fun with the steam like the real. But you need to practice more and more on how to use the bar to change the track. Overall, it's pretty good.

Like a real steam train

The train doesnt stay on the track and it doesnt blow smoke as advertised. It actually made my gandson cry because he wanted one for so long and this was a huge letdown.

The train was exactly as pictured. The sound is very realistic %26 loud. My toddler loved it! The issue we had is the trains kept falling off the track. No matter how many times we put the trains back on the track, they continued to fall off.

Runaway Train

I bought this for my 9 year old grandson, to hopefully get his attention off games on the Internet..... he lost interest in this train within a half hour because it doesn't stay on the track.   It doesn't make it around the track even once without coming off.  Incredibly frustrating, for children as well as an adult.
