I'm not much of a cook. So I needed a new pan that can stand up to me trying to burn everything. First thing I did was cook up some ground turkey. I used to have expensive Pampered Chef pots and pans. My kids and I ended up scratching every one of them. The turkey cooked evenly. That was a big improvement alone. I'll be buying other sizes and see if they make pans. Thanks!

it's a beautiful pan for somebody that's rich and has money to throw away I order a four quart that looks just like it they don't like cost $12 which it was a lot for me and somehow the app talked me into a green to take a five quart which was almost 20 bucks The pain is overpriced and I have it still unopened and I want to return it

I like very much cooking with my stainless steel pans and skillets. I prefer using professional grade tools in my kitchen. When at a particular restaurant I really liked the way my food turned out. The chef was walking around talking to the customers. I signaled him I wanted to chat. I asked him what his cooking ware was. He broke into a big smile and sat down opposite me. He told me that after 17 years on using stainless steel he saw a demonstration of the new cookware. It appeared to cook everything perfectly. I asked him the name and he told me. I called the company and got an invitation to a demonstration. Everything was cooked to perfection. They let us try the cookware. The Omelette came-out perfectly,  the balance of the pan I used was superb. I inquired about price and was blown away by the affordability. I bought several items and my final product for my family and friends has been great. And clean up is 60% less than than my previous cookware.

Best non stick pan for everything

Perfect! Exactly what I needed, light weight with a fitted lid
 I use it on the stove top for sauces, stir fries or eggs %26 bacon. I use it in the oven for for slow roasts or stews, good up to 400 F. [I only use it at 350 F or below.]

So far, I really love this skillet. I have only used it a couple of times so don't know how well it will hold up, but seems like very good quality for the price

This may be the best $20 pan I have ever bought, I needed an in-between style not too deep but deep enough for hand made chicken strips, and also with plenty of non sloped cooking surface so I can cook a a decent batch at once - so far so good…..handle feel a little thin but overall design and feel works

When I cook with this pan, food cooks well.   Nothing sticks.  I can fit a lot in the pan.  I'm hoping I can find a set of pans of varying sizes made the same as this pan.

I have had these pans before and they last forever! If I could stop my husband from constantly cutting up meat in the pans they would have lasted even longer!!!

Fabulous pans!!

I had hoped for a handle made of wood, much more comfortable.  I have other cookery items made by Tramontina so I didn't hesitate to buy. The instructions that came with it were almost funny. Perhaps they were directed at someone who's not cooked before. Otherwise, it is a well made pan that appears to be sturdy and useful for my needs.

Wanted a deep fryer for ages..

I boil quick pasta for my son it's faster than the traditional pasta pot, quick drain %26 toss in the pesto and presto…Dinner! Non stick is beautifully textured just be gentle with it, use the right tools, silicon spatula and I hand wash all my pots.

Pros: Size was great. Nonstick worked well. Good price.

Cons: Did not heat well at all. I have a glass top stove, and on the highest temp it would not sear my food. Even after 10 minutes, it still would not brown the food even left on high. My normal pans would have burned the food left on this setting for this long.
