Megatron is the same mold as the rest of the war for cybetron line. The difference is in some of the decals and battle damage he has. He is easy to transform but does require a little experimentation as the directions are a vague on some steps. All in all a solid figure that will hold up to play. 

The skelevore that comes with it is the same mold as the Kingdom version. Easy to transform with clear directions. He breaks apart to combine with other transformers and the purple asthetic looks good on them. 

If you haven't picked up either of these yet this is the pack to get. It also comes with some blast effects that look good for posing, a tiny Allspark and a matrix that straps to megatrons chest.

Well worth purchasing this 2-pack when it is on sale. This version of Megatron is not plagued with the same issues of previous WFC/Siege/Earthrise molds, and the Skelivore coloring simply can't be missed. Don't forget to retrieve the pack-ins from the black modeling compound.

Excellent 2-pack if on sale!

This pack is great if you don't have the original siege release of megatron already but if you do have the original siege megatron I still recommend this as the megatron in this pack has better paint and feels a lot better than the original. Plus you get a purple fossilizer as a bonus

Highly reccomend

Sure it's not super heavy duty plastic and if I was a kid it probably won't last long but as a man child who receives nostalgic happiness from purchasing these toys it's wonderful. Can't beat a Walmart clearance price

Walmart comes through on clearance!!

Being a Transformer collector, I have variations of these 2 figures, but let me tell why I ended up liking these. My previous version of this mold was the cel shaded Megatron, but the one from this set is pretty cool in his metallic silver paint. That and other small paint apps do add a bit a of definition to the details of this mold that maybe went amiss on the cel shaded version. Then there's is Skelivore, whom I can only compare to Transmutate. What a difference from her and other fossilizers this boy is. The translucent purple plastic makes him look less like a bunch of dead Bones and instead more like some energy monster in the form of a skeletal T-Rex. His ability to arm others up is fun but his what stands out is his robot face, then his battle mask that goes over it, also homaging Optimus Primal's mace…quite fun to be honest. One thing I have to recap on Megatron, the “battle damaged” paint on his chest and crotch I could do without, but he does make up for it with his Matrix bandolier and blast accessories. Although you do have get the blast accessories out a pack of black play dough included. To which I disregard the black playdough  once I have the prizes hidden inside ( which Hasbro seemed to believed we'd all do, so it's odd that the blast effects  weren't just strapped to the box like everything else, so why include the play dough Hasbro?) So in conclusion, this was being sold for basically $17, it was a steal considering that the regular version of the fossilizer by itself costs more than this set. Going down from $60 to $17, how could a collector like myself pass that up?

Megatron and Skelivore make an entertaining debut

This two-pack is great for those who collect Transformers figures that come apart and have the ability to form together with other Transformers. The Megatron itself is designed fine but the battle damage effect/paint job imo is cheap and just doesn't look good. may customize it down the line. Worth the clearance sale it is/was on.

Great for Partsformers Collectors

I love the detailing on Megatron and the purple recolor of Paleotrex. My only problem with it is that it is very annoying to take the small bag off of the goo while keeping what's inside the bag as clean as possible.

Amazing figures.

1st Spoiler Pack contained Ultra Magnus.
2nd contained Nemesis Prime.
This, the 3rd Spoiler Pack will contain a (leader class) combat scarred Megatron, a purple Crystalized (deluxe class) Paleotrex and a Matrix of Leadership/Allspark accessory.
As this will be roughly the 7th Siege Megatron mold (re)release to come out, I must admit to being a tad bit disappointed. While, the Paleotrex really looks impressive in purple crystal even if it will be the 3rd overall mold of the character and the inclusion of the Matrix/Allspark is very exciting, I can't help but feel that, this pack is an opportunity missed as far as figure contents go. It would have much more preferable to see a Rhinox, Alpha Trion, Galvatron, Tarantulas, Silverbolt or even a Rodimus Prime instead of another Megatron.

And once more ... Megatron

Both are great figures visually. Both had some loose joints and Megatron had an inconsequential piece of plastic that stress fractured on first transformation. 

Damage wasn't enough to warrant a return to the seller, but Hasbro wouldn't assist since the seller was 3rd party.

Cool figures, bad QA

The new Skelivore clear purple version is nice, and the accessories are decent. However, EVERYONE has this mold Megatron by this point. It's not even a "great" Megatron toy... it's just... "okay" for robot mode. 
Now, don't get me wrong, this Megatron is a nice version of this particular mold. But so was the Netflix version that was out earlier. So is the premium version. If for some reason you don't yet HAVE this Megatron, this is good one to have, especially at the clearance price. But if you already have this mold Megatron, I would only get this if you really, really, want the purple dinosaur color. Me, I bought this on clearance only for the purple dino :-D

It's just Siege Netflix Megaton with a Purple Pardax kingdome core class weapon.Norhimg special or new about this item except !efateon has the Matrix's chained in an X formation around his chest. Order if you collect all the spoilers but nothing special about this spoiler.
