The product arrived as advertised.  All zippers and pockets work fine. This suitcase has plenty of room and is lightweight and easy to maneuver.  It compares favorably with similar Samsonite suitcases we also have.

Works Great

I ordered this as a gift for my mom in preparation for an upcoming trip. To my surprise, this suitcase is far more spacious than I expected.  From what I can tell it is well-made and well-worth the price.

Great buy!

This was a great bag.  Just took it to Maui -- perfect size, packs a lot but is not huge and hard to manage.  It's sturdy, looks good, and easily fills the bill!

I bought this product because I needed a suitcase for a business trip, but didn't want anything to bulky or too expensive. The only thing that I would recommend is to design a more study and stronger lock. The lock is very small and the way baggage handlers handle luggage these days, you will more than likely loose the lock. Other than that...great product!
