Too many pieces of no value if you need it for say, electricity 220. It has one piece for each different zone you travel, and only 1 outlet to use as a transformer. I've used simpler convereters in the past.

Did exactly what it says on the tin.
Plus it worked in Chile which two other adapters we bought, did not.... so this was hugely helpful, when all other power adapters had failed.

Bought this for my trip to Denmark, worked wonderfully. Did a lot of research before my trip trying to find what  converter I needed for what I was going to use it for. I mainly used this to charge my phone (the usb part) and for my hair dryer which is 1875W. Wasn't easy finding a converter that took that high of watt without getting too pricey. Was nervous that one of the two were going to fry when I used it but thankfully both came out unharmed. I do have to say that because I was worried about the watts on my hair dryer I did only use it on the low setting and not the high. Was going to try the high setting before I left just to see since it wouldn't have bothered me if it died on the last day of my trip. Unfortunately I forgot to test this out but I'm sure it would have been fine. Would recommend this for anyone going abroad.

Worked wonderfully

This was my first time during a converter when traveling overseas from the U.S. where I needed to convert 220 V to 110V. Anyway, it worked great in charging our Kindle, electric shaver, and cell phones. I also liked the USB converter port which really came in handy. The unit performed without incident. It didn't heat up or create any problems. We did not try using it for a hair dryer or iron though since our hotels already had them.

Great product...no issues

This unit is a converter and an adapter combined into one. Worked well in Germany and Greece with Southern Europe attachment. Would be nice to have a second unit or at least another adapter as well as sometimes there is too many devices to charge at the same time, or wall outlets are not near where you would prefer them to be.  The piece is not too lightweight, though, and its dimensions are about 3.5" (9.5cm)x2"(5cm)x2"(5cm). The unit feels solid and not flimsy. The WM price is the best compared to other stores and you could pick up the unit in about 3 days after the purchase.

Functional

Used for week trip to Ireland and worked great with two devices plugged into units power outlet and UBS overnight. Converter was warm usual for transformer when checked in morning. Very pleased with Travel Smart only wish they would make a plastic box carrier for all the small adapter plugs. Would have given Excellent Rating but only used for week and need for better carrier/storage of converter.

Just returned from Europe. This worked great for Laptop and charging my cell phone and another item at the same time.

Better than the rest

I used this converter while traveling in Spain, and it worked perfectly. I plugged my digital camera or FitBit into the top plug, and I plugged my small hair straightenergy into the bottom plug without any problems.

Works fine, shipped quick

I liked the device, it worked on my curling iron and hair dryer.  We also used it for my Kindle and android phones.  The only compliant I have is it is kinda heavy.
