I was excited to try this new idea of conditioning first and shampooing second but it does not work for me. I have very dry coarse hair and conditioning my hair is super important. Conditioning it first made my hair feel rough right out of the shower. Once I dried it, it felt somewhat better but it did not feel special or light or anything. Now I am using it like normal, shampoo first and conditioner second and it is much better. Even using it in the regular way with conditioner last, it is just okay. There are Suave shampoos out there that work much better for me so I will not be buying this again however, I am glad I tried it.

I normally use Nexxus but sometimes I need to change product for a bit. I was given a sample of this particular 'system' as there is a pre conditioner that is to be used with it. What!? Condition...then shampoo?! This stuff rocks! My hair is baby fine and conditioners will often weigh my hair down making it look dirty but I love this product! Try it!

I love what this does and how it makes my hair feel and look.  Using the conditioner first then shampoo makes your hair have more volume and not feel weighted down.

Shampooing AFTER conditioning makes so much sense to me. When preceded with TRESemme Beauty Full Volume Conditioner, this shampoo results in well-conditioned hair without any product left behind to weigh it down or make it feel limp. This shampoo makes my hair feel extra clean, voluminous, and easy to style (way fewer "bad hair days") — and smelling GREAT, to boot!!!

Must-Have Shampoo for Limp Hair

Not my personal favorite for shampoo. It did leave my hair light with volume however lots of static as well. If you don't mind extra steps if necessary, then this is a decent product for the price.

so i used this when i was way younger. before i knew ingredients were important and my scalp needs tender love and care. so this definitely had a nice scent but i would never purchase this again simply because the ingredients are so bad for me.
