This is an amazing dehydrator! You can set it for Raw, Fast or Combo mode. This can give you a quick jump start, especially when you completely fill the dehydrator up with a lot very high moisture content foods. Make sure you don't set the individual temperatures to high or you run the risk of case hardening the food which is not a good thing. There are things you can do to save case hardened food But it is better to keep your temps slightly lower and avoid dealing with it. Other great feature is to set temp in 1 degree incraments, the option of F or C and the ability to set the timer all the way to 99 hours. After all the last thing you want is for it to shut off in the middle of the night and you don't find it until numerous hours later. I have not had any problems or issues with my dehydrator and I use it a lot!!! I wouldn't hesitate to by it again.

I was looking forward to receiving the dehydrator today. I even went out to purchase fruits and veggies yesterday anticipating I would be able to use it today. 

When I opened the box, to my surprise, both of the door hinges broke. Therefore, the dehydrator have no door to shut. Completely disappointed. I didn't even have a chance to use it. 

Also, the unit have a very strong plastic odor that's a bit unbearable.
