I've only ever used it for white heads because I haven't had black heads on my face but it does work, quickly.

I'd prefer it if the ends were thicker steel. Otherwise, good tool.

Works but the gauge of the wire used for extractions could be a little smaller.

I like it, but sometimes it doesn't work. Does seem to cause less irritation than popping blackheads with fingers

Would buy it again

some of these comments talk about how big it is so it doesnt get most of the problem areas on your nose like the sides and they are right. the size makes it impossible for you to actually get anything out but since using it i can just blow my nose and the white things pop out my nose which is mind boggling to me. its doesnt actually pop the pimples either unless theyre the size of your fist due to the hole being so huge but for the price, buy away.

This works a little bit but ouch does it hurt! You really have to push down to get anything if anything. I used it once and probably won't touch it again.

Hurts so bad!

I really can't say too much about this that is good. I've never used one of these before-- I struggle with acne even while using acne wash so this made me curious. 

I can say that I definitely do less damage with this tool than I do with my fingers or nails. I find less tiny cuts. 

However, it is still painful to use depending on what exactly you're going after- to boot it doesn't get everything out. It leaves you feeling like there's still swelling and irritation under your skin. So the head of the issue- not the root.

I've managed to grab a few blackheads with this- I wouldn't sit here and do my entire face, though. It hurts and I'd look like a fish by the time I was done with all the scale indentions I'd have from trying to be thorough. 

I can compliment the grip and sturdiness, thankfully. If you're looking for that much- you've found it. I haven't witnessed any bending or cracking from how vicious I am with this stuff. 

But I definitely wouldn't buy again and I'd be very hesitant to refer to a friend. I definitely wouldn't give it my vote of confidence to them.

This Trim Blemish Extractor is absolutely useless. When you press the tool down on your skin, the looped part bends because it is so weak!! Therefore it doesn't extract anything!! You can barely scrape your skin with it. Eventually the looped part will just break off from moving back and forth so much, so I will just throw it in the trash where it belongs!!

Too weak to work!
