My husband bought this a couple of weeks ago and he stated that it worked like a charm.  It was easy to use and worked beautifully.  The instructions was easy to follow.  It said what it would do and it did it. For the price it was an awesome investment!

This pole saw works great. Was able to cut and reach all the limbs on my trees. It also is easy to use and cuts fast.

Used this to trim several low branches and it has worked great. Only concern is that it is heavier than expected and it jams quite a bit, seems that the chain does not spin at a Norma chainsaw speed.

Mine didn't seem to use any oil at first try so I had to adjust the oil screw.
I don't know why the chain keeps tightening up also. I had to loosen it after 20 or so minutes. Normally with a regular chainsaw it is the opposite. New chains tend to loosen as they heat up.

Overall great for high branches. Can cut pretty big ones also with it surprisingly.
