I loved my purchase. Even though I have to boil the broth on the stove before using it with the device, it heats up very well. Very easy to use as well as to clean it. Beautiful evenings in love whether for a cheese fondue, chocolate or a Chinese fondue.

Fondue in love

Hello We bought this product almost 8 years ago now and it still works as well the independent pan allows to heat the cauldron on the stove fire. The cord and standard for a household appliance but we add an extension cord to avoid clutter. I love this product and I was looking to buy one from my mother so I saw that it was still being made so my choice is easy to make. :)

Excellent choice

This oven is excellent, high quality and super convenient. For fondue the broth is hot quickly and although it does not boil it is perfect for cooking meat in thin slices. We never actually tested the cubes. For the bain-marie part, it is perfect for chocolate fondues and very useful to keep warm various foods for a hot buffet for example. The only reason I didn't get 5 stars is the power socket. Although the magnetic connection is safe because, if it is pulled the oven does not come with (here I speak by experience with the dog that clings in the wire) it is a little short so bulky on the table. We have had this oven for several years and we never had a problem.

I have had this product for several years and it works great!! It is true that the power line would benefit from being extended!

I was disappointed: I still haven't received my order... QUEBEC IT'S IN FRENCH. You write to me in English and my mother tongue is French. Really very disappointed

I bought this product, it works once and then no longer works! big, short and bulky thread on the table even has to have the end of an extension cord on the table through the plates. plan another purchase

do not buy

I was septic when I was reading the bad review... But finaly, it feel so cheap! And we test it once, and the pot came spited with what I think could be rust! I love trudeau product but was verry disapointed with this one, we return it!

Only a few months after purchase, the Trudeau Electric Fondue Set stove is no longer working. I do not recommend this product!

Disappointment

I just bought this product and it will go back to the store. It just doesn't get hot enough, which spoils the meal... even if you wait looooong.

Bad purchase

At first use, the stove no longer worked... I called the Trudeau Company. They sent me a new stove that broke also after 3 uses...!
