In 2019 I relocated after 40 yrs in WA State to Arkansas.  I bought a near new home with minimal landscaping.  I came across these and purchased multiple sets. I am a disabled senior woman, but had no difficulty (other than most the ground here is clay) placing these and making borders for pathways and gardens.  I realized over time that due to weather conditions, sometimes I needed to reroute areas for drainage, again it was no problem for me to pull up the XL spikes and move the borders to wherever I desired.  I loved being able to easily purchase these and set up more and more decorative areas.  I have never had issues with edging around them, even triple digit heat hasn't changed them except to make them look more like real rock. Unfortunately they changed the style and it's not as easy with the newer Beuta ones to make curvy designs, and I prefer how the original spikes were hidden under covers. Seems that suddenly more and more people realize how easy and pleasing to the eye these borders are, and now they are very hard to come by, the prices have really jumped, and most places can't even keep them in stock.
