The quality of the steam is okay. Nothing spectacular. But great for the price I guess. Otherwise, I'm not impressed.

If you vacuum your floor really well before using then it does pick up additional grime but it is hard to push as there are no "wheels" on the bottom.

It was cracked on the mop head. I returned it. I guess you get what you pay for.

Sent it back

Because of the grooves on the bottom of the unit, only a fraction of the mop pad connects with the floor.  Terrible!

terrible steam mop

Super easy to use and the steam is very strong! We're using it for the floor, carpet, and clothes. It's easy to fill the water tank as well.
