Best paper towel holder ever! It is so convenient  to just reach at your paper towel without touching the holder while your hands are wet or need to pat dry any meat that you just washed. Whoever invented this is genius. I highly recommend it. I used it at my burned house for years. Now I needed to buy a replacement. You need to buy yours too. You won't regret. Guaranteed!!!!

Paper towel holder!

Great design. Attractive. Heavy enough to not tip over (unless you go at it like someone frantically trying to get a paper towel to catch cat puke before it finishes it's descent onto freshly washed floor, in which case of course it tips!) Barring that it's pretty sturdy!

Hold that (paper) Towel!

Works exactly as advertised! Makes it easier to pull off a single sheet, or I can pull off multiple sheets as needed.
The base is nice and heavy, so it's near impossible to knock over (unlike a simple wooden one), and the brushed metal finish on the top and bottom add a touch of elegance to our bathroom.
Would completely recommend this to anyone looking for a paper towel holder. We'll see how long it lasts (I have no questions about its longevity given its build quality), but I may never need to replace it! What I might do is buy another one to replace the simple wooden one we have in the kitchen...

Great design and function

I bought this to replace a very similar model from Umbra that I'd had for many (10?) years which finally broke at the top. It's sturdy but not bulky and is just a good, solid countertop basic that would go with everything and any decor (except, maybe, country style).

Very sturdy! Made of good material. You don't have to hold it to tear off a piece of paper towel. Would order again if I ever needed one.

Very disappointed. Had one previously for many years, until the screw no longer worked. The packing hides the difference, big difference. The roll doesn't unroll because there's some strange plastic contraption that covers the metal 'pipe" (where paper roll covers). I actually hate this, but returning it is a pain. I have been a fan of umbra since you started. This is my first and last time buying in line (i bought it on your web site). I feel decieved, and disappointed.
