The Turbo Air TAMG-36 Radiance natural gas griddle has an efficient design that conserves gas use while cooking and recovering heat quickly. It has three U-shaped burners that generate heat and a polished steel griddle plate for even heat distribution. By adjusting the standing pilot, the operator can control the flow of gas. The on/off knob is made of polyphenylene sulfide to withstand high temperatures, and its easy-to-clean stainless steel construction withstands use in commercial settings. The Turbo Air TAMG-36 Radiance natural gas griddle has a 4-inch backsplash and tapered sides to keep grease and food residue contained to the cooktop.
