Pros:
- Nice grip
- Not heavy
- No stick drift after more than 2 years
- Force feedback on triggers
- Configurable sensitivity with sniper button
- USB-C is detachable.
- High quality material overall

Cons:
- Sometimes a rattle can be heard inside the controller on certain force feedback vibration levels from the motors themselves but it sounds like the AYXB buttons are rattling.
- Slight rattle on triggers when force feedback is applied
- Not able to reconfigure the sniper button to the right bottom button making it kind of useless to me.

Obviously not all functions tested, I do not own an Xbox but it's a great value product.

It's a really good controller but the bad thing is that the controller kept disconnecting because of the wire it didn't really effect me because I just used a another USB C that I have at home but I would recommend you guys to give out a smaller wire for the controller as the longer the wire the more heavy its going to be if you know what I mean that's why it kept disconnecting it kept disconnecting because of the weight of the wire.

My second Turtle Beach Recon Controller
The 1st Right Thumbstick broke so durability questionable. That said, the Recon is comfortable & responsive to use.

At first, I loved your controller and it's features, problem started a year ago when I first noticed left stick drift. Today stick drift is so unbearable that it interferes with my gaming experience. Only solution I have is to put deadzone in windows settings which is big pain in the butt. Stick drift is around 50% of possible movement of it. I googled how to manually fix this problem but unfortunately I don't have the tools to open controller and I'm afraid I'll mess it up.

Love this controller but the downside is drift in sticks after 3 months. They do not seem to be very durable. This is the 3rd recon controller I have had.

For about 3-4months it worked great and I really enioyed the functions, but after about 3 months i started to feel really bad stickdrift primarily in the right stick, what was strange is that it only drifted when I moved the left stick.
