Can be smooth and responsive, but may be loose or rattle.

This is more then a controller it a command center at your finger tips.  The layout is perfect for making quick micro adjustments for tweaking things just the way you like it.  The controller is really comfortable sitting slightly larger then the series x/s controller it and after a few gaming sessions it fits even more like a glove.  The back paddles are perfect im using them for sprint and reloading for FPS shooters and gear up/gear down for racing games.  The build quality is solid too and feels like it will last.  Overall this is a huge upgrade over your stock one,  Im really impressed and its my main go to controller without hesitation, its a must buy for everyone ! Also the EQ will make any headphones you own sound better easiest upgrade to have out of the box

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoyed that i could use this controller on my Xbox and my PC. The controller felt very comfortable in my hands it definitely kept my hands cool and dry. I play First shooter games like call of duty. The superhuman hearing was amazing, it definitely gave me an advantage in game play when Anticipating an attack. The pro-aim did assist in my aiming and help my ratios. I completely recommend this controller.

Best controler in my life

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To start off with, this controller works amazingly on my main system, my PC! I started using it and loved how it felt compared to my standard Xbox controller. The bumps on the triggers, as well as the extra ones in the back make playing on it very enjoyable. The only issue with that is I lose some of the Audio functionality using it on my computer. I also tested it on the Xbox, and it works great, the Audio functionality and different controller profiles came in handy, and so far is my favorite controller. 
I'm only rating this for 4 stars since it is a great controller, but the profiles on the controller aren't the easiest to set up, it is much too light at the bottom, and the buttons/triggers feel less durable compared to a normal controller.

Pros:
- Excellent size for large handed people
- Profile Switching for Audio and for Controls
- the ridges on the buttons prevent slipping
- the two extra back triggers add a range of functionality
- the USB-C connector ensures I will always have a cord
- the included cord is very long
- rubber hand grips also prevent slipping
- the D-Pad design is very nice

Cons:
- the plastic doesn't feel as durable as standard Xbox controllers
- The controller is too light at the bottom, even compared to other controllers without battery packs, making a noticeable annoyance as the controller tilts towards the top
- getting the controller profiles set up takes a bit of tinkering, and time to get done to your liking

This piece of junk has stopped working after just 2 weeks of ownership.

Cable still works for anything else but when plugged into the controller it flicks itself off with a little tap of the controller.

Now its unusable, 60 pounds down the drain, buy something that isnt garbage.

Actual garbage, want a refund or a replacement immediately.
