A bit disappointed in these tbh. I had the previous model a few years ago which were great but we're looking a tad worn so bought these. 

Have to use a dongle which I didn't before & aren't straight forward to setup at all. I've had to do some research just to see how to get the voice chat working & had to factory reset them after updating the firmware.

Sound quality is very good though

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was for my husband and they came on his birthday, so it was perfect timing! According to him they are great! He has never had a pair of cordless headphones so that was a bonus for him. He said the sound quality was great and they were kind of noise canceling even though he didn't think they would be. The battery life is so good, he was using it for a week and finally decided to charge it even though he didn't hear or see anything that signaled that they needed to be charged. He has officially stopped using his old pair of TurtleBeach headphones and is now using these. So he highly recommends them!

Good sound quality and noise cancelling. Mine had a problem that whenever I flipped the mic up to mute it would constantly beep loudly instead of just 1 beep to signify that it was muted

Absolute trash! cant get the mic to connect AT ALL! Wouldn't work at first, tried starting everything worked when it came up. turned it off, went to bed, go up to play again, and never reconnected... HOURS of jumping through hoop after hoop! i can hear the mic on the headset, but WILL NOT CONNECT TO XBOX... i can hear the game and my brother but my mic will not connect!
