A bit disappointed in these tbh. I had the previous model a few years ago which were great but we're looking a tad worn so bought these. 

Have to use a dongle which I didn't before & aren't straight forward to setup at all. I've had to do some research just to see how to get the voice chat working & had to factory reset them after updating the firmware.

Sound quality is very good though

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These headphones are phenomenal. I haven't used more than a stock headset in years. I played religiously in my late teens and early 20's life has gotten busy and now I finally began finding time to game. I knew I needed to get a new headset and automatically went back to tried and true Turtle Beach. 

My head set of yesteryear was comfortable but wore slightly blocky and had batteries that needed frequent replacement. This new Stealth 500 fits like a soft pillow even with my glasses. No discomfort even with longer sessions. The battery pack is rechargeable and does not have to be removed for charging which is a solid win in my book. Advertised battery life is something like 40 hours I don't know about all that but I can say they haven't died on me however I do charge between sessions. 

Connection was a breeze and having a 2.4 ghz WiFi connection I know I don't have to worry about range while moving around my house. My old headset was strictly Bluetooth so I was limited. 


Sound quality is a game changer. Having been using a mic to communicate it's nice having that full 360ish sound with the ability to make fine adjustments via the app. 



This might be an entry level headset but it is truly feature packed.

Good sound quality and noise cancelling. Mine had a problem that whenever I flipped the mic up to mute it would constantly beep loudly instead of just 1 beep to signify that it was muted

Absolute trash! cant get the mic to connect AT ALL! Wouldn't work at first, tried starting everything worked when it came up. turned it off, went to bed, go up to play again, and never reconnected... HOURS of jumping through hoop after hoop! i can hear the mic on the headset, but WILL NOT CONNECT TO XBOX... i can hear the game and my brother but my mic will not connect!
