I really needed a new headset and had this one before so Ik for a fact it’s a 10/10

Lots of cool gadgets, and ways to use this thing, but there are a lot of buttons I make it kind of confusing at some points to use on the side of the headset and you can’t find where the power on off button or mute button is other than that it’s a great headset. It sounds good last long.

Last long but lots of buttons

Well the good news is it absolutely does work. It just doesn't function fully, or stop being obnoxious, without installing even more obnoxious software that will mess your system up hopelessly and maybe even force you to reinstall windows. The Swarm app is needed to change basic settings on the headset.. like the microphone feedback, which is on maximum by default and incredibly irritating. Unfortunately, Swarm is an incredibly buggy, badly written program that will do things like crash your usb controller drivers.

Hardware works, software doesn't.

The audio is good. The mic is ok. It doesn’t pick up your voice at times. I’ve had connection problems where the audio cuts out for no reason and have to restart they. They let in a lot of environment noise. They don’t separate game and chat like they should. Overall not worth the price.
