I liked the base it's very good the quality of sound make my friends think I have wall hacks because I can hear them a building away and for only 100 I think it's worth it had the gen 1 for about 3 years so they last a good amount of time only down sized is mic quality in recordings for clips is not great

This is the first wireless headset that has worked with my son's Nintendo Switch. It's very hard to find a headset that says it will work with the Switch. The helpers in the electronics departments at many stores kept telling me that as long as it has a usb it will work with the switch, but that hasn't been the case with us. This was our 4th purchase of wireless headsets and it's the only pair that worked.  They're a little expensive, about $30 more than I was paying for similar ones, but I can't really compare when all the others didn't work. 

My son has the wired set of these as well and we're really happy with those too.

They work for Nintendo Switch!

Comin in at over a $100 the headset isn't the "cheapest" but it's definitely got it's perks.  The volume is fantastic, the distance it goes for the bluetooth is awesome and they're comfortable.

My son was so happy to have a microphone again.  So far no complains from him.  He is pleases with his new headphones which I got him as a birthday gift.

We bought two of the first gen, which didn't last long as the cheap plastic snapped.  Hopefully Turtle Beach has addressed the issue with this generation, as normally they are a great braand.

I bought this headset twice now and both times the USB casing comes off the metallic plug in part and stops working.  The only thing it was ever plugged into was a PS4 console so I don't know if the issue is with the console or the USB unit.  Can't go for a 3rd set though as I saw another person had the same exact issue so I'm assuming there is some flaw in manufacturing here.  Headset itself is stellar.  Buyer beware.

Headset works well. But very irritating when you want to remove dongle usb to quickly switch to soundbar speakers and the usb gets stuck into console(PS4 or switch) and only the metal casing for the dongle is in the console

Worst helmet ever. It needs to be connected several times to make it work. And often it stops working while I’m playing or watching a movie for no reason. I ended up throwing it in the trash, the only place worth being that junk helmet. If I could give a zero, I would have done it, because that's the grade he deserves. It also gives your ears a headache in 10 minutes. AVOID

Worst helmet in the world

This is the first semi expensive headset I decided to buy. It started off great with the sound and mic quality. I also love the superhuman hearing feature! Expected a lot more from these because I have purchased the cheaper turtle beaches in the past and had not had half the problems I had with this pair. After owning them for a couple weeks it will not stay connected longer than 20 mins. It will randomly make my voice super high pitched. It will randomly cut in and out with the sound. It's just to many problems for the amount I payed for these headphones. Definitely will be going a different route with the next set I decide to purchase.

Terrible after a few weeks.

I bought two of these because the first one completely stopped working after a week...only for the second one to completely stop working. I loved my first gen, but this one is absolutely horrible. Save your money and just buy a cheaper headset.
