[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first pair of actual gaming headphones and they are amazing! Right out of the box they feel super sturdy. The earcups rotate and the cushions are like pillows for you ears. Usually I don't like over the ear headphones because they bother my ears but I wore these the whole time I played today and didn't have any issues. 

I used the USB with my PS5 and it connects instantly. They arrived with a medium battery level so I could use them right away. The 360-degree sound is amazing. Paddling along in God of War and you can hear the paddle and water beneath you. Someone walks up behind you and it really sounds like they are behind you, it's so cool and definitely brings gaming to another level that I hadn't been able to experience before. I really like that the mic automatically muted when you lift it too. Volume is right on the side of the headphones and while you can use them with Bluetooth, I only have the one console so I just use the USB. 

My husband wears glasses when he games and he tried these out and had no issues wearing them with his glasses which is really nice compared to some other styles. Only drawback is that now I have to buy another pair of headphones for him!

Works wonderfully

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It took me a little bit to get these hooked up to my PC but I got it. Once they were on and I was playing I really liked them! They fit nicely on me and feel comfortable. The sound is a lot better than my other turtle beach headset I got last year.  My older set doesn't get very loud and these ones can get pretty loud if you want them to! The sound quality is really nice too. If I ever disconnect them when I shut off my pc though it's a pain every time to reconnect it. Besides the trouble connecting they're really great!

The Turtle Beach stealth 700 gen 2 max are ok for sound. But the clamping force on these headphones is awful they hurt so much I couldn't wear them for long I've still got them. put them back in the box And bought some new headphones. Turtle beach headphones used to be great the old ones when you had a separate game chat Wheel and a separate volume control. and the clamping force wasn't so severe bring back the old headsets.

It came, didn't work no matter how hard I tried, so I just tossed it in the garbage, waste of 200+ dollars on somethign that didn't work or even turn on even when charged, heck couldn't even turn it on to charge it

The Turtle Beach Stealth 700X Gen 2 MAX Wireless Gaming Headset is a complete disaster when it comes to the wireless connection. Despite firmware upgrades being the number one troubleshooting step, they do nothing to resolve the issue. The connection drops out continuously, making it impossible to enjoy any gaming experience without interruptions. The troubleshooting process is a nightmare, and it's incredibly frustrating to have to spend so much time trying to fix a product that should work right out of the box.

Resetting the headset to its default settings is equally ineffective, as the connection issues persist. It's unbelievable that Turtle Beach would release a product with such significant flaws and market it as the ultimate gaming accessory.

In conclusion, the Turtle Beach Stealth 700X Gen 2 MAX Wireless Gaming Headset is a complete waste of time and money. The connection issues, troubleshooting nightmare, and ineffective firmware upgrades are unacceptable. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment and avoid this product. There are far better gaming headsets available on the market.
