Buttons are easily accessible and simple to operate.

Took a little bit to get used to the feel but love it now that I have. Has different profiles for different games and I can control my turtle beach headset with it. Would recommend for anyone looking for an upgrade from the regular Xbox controller.

Gamers and gamer dads - you need to buy this remote - I bought it for my 16 yr old son and he was showing me all the features it has - controller even has mini screen that shows all the adjustments you can make - extra buttons that you can program on the back - in fact the remote lets you configure any button - wow - it even comes with a carrying case with a slot to recharge battery - I got it on sale during the holidays - definitely would recommend

All gamers need this remote

Real nice controller, lots of bells and whistles. The only major issue I had was that jit would disconnect from my system in the middle of a game, and couldn't reconnect. It got very frustrating.

Disconnecting from system automatically

The controller was initially very cool and seemed like a slight upgrade from what my boyfriend usually plays with, which is the Xbox Elite controllers. However after only a month and a half of regular use, the right front trigger button started losing responsiveness, making it unusable for him. We returned this %26 bought his regular Elite.

Broke within a month and a half

Turtle beach had a great idea but did a terrible job making it a reality with this controller. To start it's way bigger and bulkier than 90% of other Xbox controllers, to the point it takes a bit to get use to the size and it's very, very cheap feeling. It feels like it's made of the cheapest plastic available. Obviously no controller is super quite when using it but  it sounds like someone typing 400 words a min in a keyboard when playing a fast paced game like Warzone, has several different sound settings to choose from but not really much difference in them, that I could tell anyways. I misplaced the cord that came with it and the controller wouldn't do anything but light up when I tried using several different usb c cords, luckily I found the cord though.  After about a week, the left trigger wouldnt work if I tried to use the trigger stop for the left trigger, then about 2 days later the sticks wouldn't register but finally got them working after resetting the controller about 10 times. Worked fine for a few days until the right trigger stop started having the same problems as the left, then the left trigger decided to stop working all together. Both triggers feel the same and have the same pressure and push back when pressed but only the right side works, sadly no amount of resetting or hard resetting using the button you have to press with a needle on the back of the control has fixed it. In total the controller didn't last maybe a month if that before having constant issues over and over again. For a controller that costs what it does that is an absolute joke. If you're thinking of getting one just be prepared. I thought all the terrible reviews were just people who bought it thinking it was gonna make them a stud gamer and got disappointed when it didn't. I've bought $20 dollar controllers that lasted longer and didn't feel like recycled plastic that felt like it was gonna crack or fall apart at any minute right out the box.

Crap controller

I'm sure the controller is fine but mine wasn't on delivery. At first it was just the "Y" button being a bit off and not responding to every press unless I press it at a certain angle but that being a bit so used button I let it be but now it's the "A" button acting that way and it's not even 3 months in for $200 I should be getting better quality.

Pay for the name not quality.

This controller will NOT.connect wirelessly to a PC or Xbox withought using a transmitter that has to be connected to either device with a USB cable. Controller %26 transmitter Firmware updates have to be done seperately using the USB cable on the controller, then disconnect %26 attach the csble to the transmitter to update it.
Want to program the controller? Well you cant do that either without connecting it via USB cable as well. This is pure trash. I will be refunding this. I wanted a wireless setup %26 yo not have to fool around with cables since both my Xbox %26 PC are 12 feet away by my TV. I'll just replace this with a standard Xbox controller. Save you money!

This is the worst controller I've ever owned. Extremely glitchy software on a good day, entirety unusable most of the time. The sticks feel so far off from standard on any setting that it feels like the equivalent of playing the game over someone's shoulder talking them through it. The App link took an hour to set up only for it to not give me any of the notifications I selected. I would never buy this at full price and even on sale it's disgusting that a product with such horrible software and usability is this expensive.

this controller disconnects randomly in the middle of playing, even after updating firmware on controller and the controller,s base. They claim it connects directly to the xbox but it will not do that.
