Every button feels so tactile and has great feedback. The clicks feel nice from both the buttons and D pad. The sticks glide smooth and have 0 dead zone which is amazing in competitive play. The trigger stops being adjustable make it so easy to switch from shooters, to race back to 2d fight style games. The ability to switch pads, flip them and quickly change sticks is a MUST. They also feel so secure when tightened. The new sticks they switched to in the reloaded also have 0 chance of stick drift, which means no new controller in a year of heavy play for you! The battery life if using wirelessly is about 12 hours if I had to guess, I never let it get too low which is amazing compared to most. You also have the ability to play wired, with the INCLUDED cord. Bringing me to the next point, the included case has ALL the tools and gadgets you'd want for no up charge. The fact that everything is included is just a huge statement from turtle beach. Kudos to you. I think at the price point this controller is the most valuable to you. This will be the last controller you need to buy!

Must need for serious gamers, AMAZING

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and I tried out the Turtle Beach Victrix Pro BFG Reloaded wireless controller (white) on PlayStation while playing Call of Duty, and it definitely feels like an upgrade. The grip is solid, the back buttons are easy to map, and the modular parts make it simple to swap things around to fit how you play. The triggers are quick and responsive!
It doesn't have the same haptic feedback as the regular PS5 controller, but the customization and performance more than make up for it. For long gaming sessions together, this one felt comfortable and reliable.
Pricey but if you're a big timer gamer this is a great controller to have!

Great Alternative to the DualSense

performs amazing, and there is no button delay. The customizable feature on the controller is very easy to switch out.  The remote is easy to use and easy to set up. The battery lasted a very long time also. I've at least gone 4 days without having to charge it. 100% recommend buying this immediately. It performs better than a standard Playstation remote.

I like the Xbox layout, however, some of the buttons get stuck, left fridge gets stuck every once in a while. Good thing is I have had no connectivity issues with this. Battery life is good, no issues so far with that. If all buttons and triggers would function properly this would be the perfect remote.

Sticky buttons

This product is unique but the triggers are way to sensitive the added buttons just seem to get in the way so I unprogrammed them the controller is for ps5 but the ps5 button won't turn on the console at all like an oem controller the controller seems very small maybe a nice fit for some lady hands or a kid I thought I read somewhere there was a built 9n mic and speakers like the oem controller but again nothing

Been using it for two days and it is already messed up on me fixing to return it and go back to the original controller
