I have a MacBook Pro 16” and use it at home and at the hospital. I'm in meetings at a table with many other people and wanted protection from possible spills and exterior protection from everything else. Also important is that it does not cover the vents when I am working like plastic shells that can block them and cause damage. So soft on the inside too. I bought an extra for myself and one for everyone else in my family. Nothing I have ever found surpasses the protection and quality of this case. But please do not discontinue. I also pack it in the case in my suitcase for travel. Thank you does not express my gratitude enough for this product.

I've had one for several years. IT IS AMAZINGLY PERFECT. My Mac fits perfect and I can work on my Mac while it sits inside - SO CONVENIENT at the airport. The protection is great and without a hard plastic shell - which to me feels unwieldy. It has a handle. It looks great. I get so many compliments. Buying my 2nd today because the zipper on mine is stuck at 1/4 closed. I've had it for so many years that I'm not even frustrated. It had a good life and served me well. Super high quality. This is on clearance now. Are they no longer going to make them? Should I buy back-ups? There's nothing out there like it. PLEASE DO NOT DISCONTINUE!!!!

I wasn't sure if the case would fit my MBP 14.1 inch but it does. A great case. Zippers are a little stiff but will loosen up I am sure.

Macbook Light Travels Light in its Own Luggage

I am pleased with my MacBook Air Suitcase as it seems to provide very good protection. I carry this small laptop with me everywhere, and from room to room when I'm at home, so I need something that protects it as well as being easy to use. The "work-in" capability was most important to me.For future designs, here are the things I would appreciate. I would rather have the handle on the zipper side of the suitcase, as it would be nice to not have to zip up the case every time I wanted to grab it by the handle. (In other words, the handle is much less valuable than if it were on the other side.). I would also like tabs that the computer bottom could slide in to, which would keep it a little more stable when typing on the keyboard. A zipper that ended over at the port side of the computer would be nice so that the computer could be charged while zipped into the case. And, finally, a removable accessory pouch on the outside top for cords, adaptors, etc. would be the piece de resistance!

So close to perfect

I purchased this item and thought it was great, until the zipper failed. I contacted TwelveSouth for help and they said there was nothing they could do.They don't stand behind their products - I would recommend purchasing a different companies case that is more well made.

Not well made, does not last

The MacBook Pro case feels sturdy and offer protection. However, the zippers are tight and inconsistent, making them frustrating to use. Additionally, the internal bands fail to hold the lid open properly, causing it to flop backward, which is very annoying. A few tweaks could make this case much better.
