i do not like this new chai with its powdered milk, the old one with liquid milk was much better taste even if a bit more packaging. my feidns also have stoppoed buying it as well.

The Chai Latte I used to order came with two t-disks per cup. I loved it! The new one only uses one disk. It is all powder mix and the taste is different. Disappointed in this new product. I'm not sure whether I'll order it again. Why did you change this product?

Product changed!

The chai tea drinkers in my family did not like the new formula for the tea. It did not have much of a taste of tea and the taste of the powdered milk was overwhelming. I would not buy it again.

Not as good as the original!

Tassimo has changed the Chai Tea Latte from a two pod product to a single pod. The new single pod uses instant tea and has several grams of sugar. The tea is very thin and watered down. Too bad Tassimo had to ruin a previously great product. Please bring back the two pod Chai Tea Latte that contained Twinnings black tea.

Reformulated Chai Tea Latte is Terrible

The old version had two pods, a Chai tea pod and a Latte milk pod. These are one pod, powdered, and make about half of what the old pods made, without the richness in flavor. 

I ordered ten packs and when they are finished I'll be switching to some other brand of Chai Latte that is not Tassimo machine friendly. 

Why change a good thing? Bring back the old version please!!!!

Bring back the old Chai Latte with 2 pods

I'm not very happy with your "NEW" Chai Tea Latte. You have eliminated the creamer and now replaced it with an all in one powder formula that does not even come close to tasting the same. I have been purchasing this product for years now and will no longer do so and I will also stop buying your Cappuccino when you ruin that product.

Big Mistake

Twinnings or someone decided it was a great idea to change the 2-part Chai Tea Latte (Tea leaf and milk container) to a 1part powder option. THIS WAS A HORRIBLE IDEA!! The taste is no where as good and it only makes 2/3 cup. With the other Chai Latte I could have more tea by running it through a couple of times and then add the milk. With the new set up I would have to go through 3 of their servings to get the same amount - making it 3 times more expensive for me. I have heard that there have been A LOT of complaints about the new "formula". The Chai Tea Latte is my main purchase - it's about the only reason I have the Tassimo. You risk losing ALL my business if you don't switch back. Please contact me!!!

Product changes

After enjoying the original Twinnings Chi Latte for the past 8 years or so we were very disappointed when we were shipped the "new" product. It tastes like a watered down version of the original. Certainly not a quality product that we would expect from Gevalia.

very disappointing

The old product was my favorite drink. This new smaller packaging version has tons more sugar which I hate about it to begin with but then I expected it to taste the same but ewww, it tastes nothing like the original! Won't be buying that anymore. I guess I just need to say goodbye to my favorite drink and find something else to drink.

not the same

My family always loved the chai tea latte. Although I applaud the use of less plastic in the new packaging, I am so unhappy that the flavor has suffered. There is way too much cinnamon and it's too sweet. The tea isn't being brewed anymore as it just dissolves with the water, no tea left behind. PLEASE go back to the old formula.

Disappointing

Twining's Chai Latte is the main reason we have owned four Tassimo machines. We take one on road trips, put one in each of our grown children's homes, and of course, the one at home. Good stuff, and a great break time drink.
