I've used it 2 days now and I like the way it's working my abductor and my addoctor muscles. You do have to be careful getting off and on. have the pedal down when you get on and off. The tension can be adjusted. It's not difficult to use. I think it's exactly the machine I need for strenghting my legs.

It's ok use it daily but came with out two screws the machine that counts you're steps doesn't works and it's  so squeaky wasn't worth $60 I think

half of the screws didn't come the black band on the bottom didn't come I can't even put it together .

can't enjoy cant put together without parts
