I have to rotate pillows. I like this pillow because I can adjust how I want the pillow to support my neck and head when I change positions. It also keeps my head from sweating and getting the pillow wet from sweating.

I was looking for the buckwheat pillow I used to sleep with when I was a child. I used two foam pillows, which needed to be shaved down to my ideal pillow height, but they went bad quickly. This pillow fits my neck well. I wish it were made with Japanese buckwheat.

This  is the one I was  looking for.

This pillow is great! He needed to replace the  old one and was worried about finding one. Easy to place order. Pillow is firm but adjustable

Fantastic

It's a great pillow, except it's a little too small.  The buckwheat kernels are just the ticket for waking up without a neckache! I bought a quilted pillowcase to make it feel slightly larger, then put a satin pillowcase on top of that-and viola! Sleeping comfort!

LOVE IT!!  I don't wake up in the middle of the night all overheated and sweaty.  Plus, it really is very comfortable.  Well worth the price and I am ordering another one.  Thanks for this pillow!

was skeptical at first...   buuuut i love it.   was in the market to purchase a down pillow.   ran across this listing and figured i'd give it a try as the cost of down pillows is no longer on my side.   14x20 is perfect size for me.  this pillow is quite comfy.  heavier than the normal pillow, but no biggie.  unlike down pillows, it does provide comfort  AND stabilization for my head.  my head makes a lil nest in the pillow and there it stays.   not sure about the cooling part tho.  would i buy this again.   yes   would i recommend it to a friend.  yes   ty for your time   enjoy

perfect addition for a restful sleep

My old pillow was getting old and would deflate by the end of the night. So I was looking around for a good alternative. Found lots o people talking about buckwheat hull pillows, mostly on reddit. 
This one is pretty good. It's smaller than I am used to. The hulls dont make that much noise. The only thing is it's harder than I expected. I would lose circulation in my face by laying on it for even just a few minutes. Lowkey felt like laying on the floor but contoured to my face. I put a thin pillow on top of it and that helped avoid circulation loss. Nowadays (within a week) I don't even need that. I'm used to the firmness and can sleep the whole night with out the thin pillow on top. No issues with poor circulation in the face anymore. I've heard that Millet Hull pillows are softer (but walmart didnt have any of those). 
Overall it's good. I'd say it's worth the money. There is a smell, but it's fading now. No issues with dust or dirt or bugs (these are possible if the supplier is bad). If you're on the fence, go for it and give it a week or two. It's got the Lemony seal of "acceptable."

Great support but harder than expected

I have been searching for a pillow to provide support yet is easily adjustable when switching positions
This pillow reminds me of an octopus . An octopus can slide thru a small crack and that's what this pillow does 
Gets in the crack at the headboard and slides down
I also thought it was adjustable fill and that's not what I got.
For me it was an expensive flop
