now that I've discovered these and they're longer and wider just for me personally they are a winner all the way around and any woman who has a heavy flow day and night and the first two to three days knows exactly what I'm talking about I promise you if you're using always right now give these a try you won't regret it

they are complicaticated to unwrap from the wrapper.  Then unwrap the wrapper. then Step 3: getting the pad off the paper strip - sometimes takes a generous.  but once it is all figured it out after all said and done it's ready.  place it on your underwear stickysidedown and pull your panties up

long and very leak protective

I LOVED how this product protects me, the absorbency, and feels comfy. Would recommend for those who have heavy periods. Its good to also use before I go to sleep or during the day nothing wrong with that lol !!! 

No perfume, no scent. and covers odors. I think it can be used for adults and teens plus, once again it protects from leakage.

I think these pads are worth the price!! :)

Thus was a life changer. When I first got my period 20 years ago, my mom and I both had to use literal tshirts rolled up and stuffed in our underwear in order to prevent leaks while sleeping. I haven't gotten my period in like 5 years bc of my birth control but it's coming back and these blew my mine. They are 15 inches long! And there are wings to spread in your underwear for the butt area! I can sleep on my back! When I first opened one of these up I was so shocked and impressed I had to show my mom 🤣 she was impressed too!

Best Pads Ever

Thought I was buying the thin, heavy-absorbency pads I usually wear.   These pads aren't what I buy. They're huge!!  I had no idea a product of this size was even available.   It's so big it has adhesive flaps on the side and along the back edge, which extends almost to the back band of my bikini underwear.  So uncomfortable to have that much of a pad underneath me!  I will make sure never to buy this version again.

Best all night pads that are out there! No other pad can match! If placed properly, these will last you while but if you're at the peak of the “Red Sea” these absorb most of it %26 you need not worry about leakage. Best to wait for Walmart cash which is a great time to stock up on them. They

Best overnight pads!

i was blessed with a heavy flow and have ruined so many bed sheets. looks like a homicide took place where i slept.  regular pads just don't cut it , especially when im laying down,  sleeping.  
but Kotex overnight pads are a game changer.... no leaks, dry sheets! they are much longer than regular pads and wider in the back.  they're still super thin which makes them comfortable.

I have used the Always brand pads for years. I grew up thinking these were the best for periods. When in reality they made me rash out after 2 days of usage. 30 years later, I have discovered the Cotex “U” brand and have never bought a different/ alternative brand product since. These pads are super thin, yet extremely durable and absorbent. They don't leave a smell. You don't have to worry about leaks and they don't rub you raw. I definitely recommend this brand. 10/10

Buy the product- trust the process

I really like these for overnight use! I have fibroids, so my flow is a lot heavier than most. This pad is way longer tahn most overnight pads, and it's also way wider in the back, where you need it when you're sleeping. It's also super comfortable because it's not thick. I highly reccomend these if you have super-heavy periods like I do!

Great for super-heavy flows!

I have a disorder and heavy menstrual cycle due to it. I use these to double up under a thicker pad for extra protection. I also use them for the back area when I sleep to help stop leakage. These are not pads you would use by themselves if you have a menstrual issue out of the normal. However, these are great for adding extra protection under thicker pads and in the rear of your under garments for extra protection at night. They do not seem to bother my skin. I don't have any induced cramps or symptoms due to them. They hold extremely well for such a thin pad. The length is so perfect for abnormal menstrual cycles. I just wish they made a thicker version. That would be a slam dunk for us with heavy cycles due to other issues. It could be the best product out there if it were thicker. Please consider making a thicker version like the Always size 5 thick pad for heavy overnight!

The liners are nice enough and seem like they work, but they do not adhere properly. I won't be buying these again.
