The case WORKS well. I've dropped my phone several times now and it's been protected. But within a couple weeks after getting the case both of the sides ripped near the buttons. It looks like it's two pieces they tried molding together and it came apart at the seam. Aside from that, it's a good case, just not sure how long it's going to hold up.. my last case was a different brand and lasted 2 years before the sides came off.

I bought the plyo case. It came apart at the seams. So they sent another since it was under warranty. However, I had to send out for about 3 more. EACH CASE CAME APART ON THE SIDES. same case all with the same problem. No solution. I gave up and went with another brand. I didn't even bother trying to replace again.

Not durable or worth it

This case was a replacement for my old UAG that developed some torn rubber on the sides. I am very sorry to report that this case is no where near as great as my last UAG case I bought when my iPhone X was brand new 3 years ago. Even though the case seems sturdy, it scratches so easily & so badly on the back, it's disgraceful to display it that way. My original UAG was very tough and scuff resistant. I would love to have a new one of those back again.

Not a Good Substitute For Original iPhoneX UAG Case

When I saw online that the case would fit an iPhone X and thought that was what I had. Unfortunately as I now know I've learned my phone is a XR and the case to fit X was the wrong size. It looks like a great case and I was very disappointed but so far I haven't even bothered to send it back because I thought maybe you would be good for one of my kids.

Sizing problem

WeI have been using UAG covers for iPhones. With a required upgrade needed to replace my 5 model, I upgraded to the older model iPhone X and the 2020 SE. I received the SE cover even before my phone arrived (about a 2 day turnaround). My sister showed me how to apply the cover when the phone arrived since she originally knew and used the UAG cover for our current phones. It was a perfect fit and she likes the current cover even more than the previous since it is slightly thicker. I was glad that there were still covers available for the X model. I did have a problem with the shipment.at first when it did not arrive and it was going on almost 2 weeks. I checked to make certain there no backorder. Tracking only stated it was waiting for the item. UAG showed it had shipped. I could only text my concern so I did so. I received a response later that day where UAG stated it must have been lost in shipping. They immediately gave me the option of replacing the cover or a refund. I already had the phone and needed the cover so I opted for a replacement. A follow up text concurred this would be done and only needed to ascertain if they should use the previous ship to address. Once I replied to their text request, I received a confirmation that it was being shipped. The cover arrived with 2 days and it also was a perfect fit. Both covers look nice on the phone and zi like the clear see through back of the covers. My previous cover was solid but also nice. Very satisfied with the products and USG's service.

Perfect Fit Cover

The UAG Plyo Series Case for my iPhone X is highly durable, and it looks great. UAG sells quality cases, and I have every intention of purchasing UAG cases in the future.

Excellent Cases

The case is good quantity. I have dropped 3-4 times from table then everything still good. But it slip when it is wet. Especially when my hand has sweat.

Review iPhone XS plyo series case

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my case in May, it started falling apart in July. They kindly sent me a replacement. It's September and this one is coming apart.
