My original FOREO UFO gave up on my after less than 3yrs as the battery just can't charge and the device can't turned on. I had to get my replacement under the 10yrs warranty for 50% off the new set. I love my FOREO UFO so I had to purchase. I was given an option to purchase the newer version BUT it didn't happen. I have to get back the original same piece that broke down on me. They asked me to send back to them and I had to go all the way to the post office only to realise I can't send something with batteries, why ask me to do it in the 1st place? I was made a mechanic to remove the batteries myself and had to take video and photos to proof it to FOREO. I am so inconvenience, felt cheated by their team. End day, I still love my device and hopes the warranty holds when the day come should I need to use it again which I hope the product will be reliable from now on.

Great product but terrible replacement process

I've had the UFO for a few weeks now and I have used it about 3x a week. I don't know if my skin has drastically improved but I love that I get all the good benefits of a sheet mask without it taking a long time. I am a mom to a rambunctious 2 yr old and I don't have the time to sit with a sheet mask on for 20min and after my toddler goes to bed I want to chill and zone out, not think about skin care. I love the warming and cooling dependent on the mask, I love the Tsonic vibrations, and I REALLY love that it only takes 90 seconds for a treatment. My husband even uses it from time to time. Love our UFO!

I really love it

By using the UFO with the 5 boxes of masks (7 masks/box) Foreo offered for free every day, my skin has become surprisingly soft, radiant and shiny. I love my UFO and wish I bought one sooner. The only downside is it consumes more battery than the Luna does, thus I have to charge the UFO more frequently if I don't want it dies on me while I'm in the middle of the treatment. Still, I'm very satisfied with the UFO and the masks.

Love my UFO Mint

I bought the UFO like a month prior to getting the UFO2. I was so happy with how the UFO transforms my skin after using it, it really made my skin glow and felt firmer right after. Now im using the UFO2 to experience the different thermal/cooling mode that it has. Best buy for at home facial treatment.

Magic beauty tool!

I have to admit that I've had myUFO for about two weeks and I look forward to using it! All of the masks I've tried are wonderful! My skin is so happy. I like to put a little bit of the treatment that's left in the mask envelope on the back of my hands. LOVE IT!

Lives up to it's name!

Appearance of my skin has much improved and is more hydrated using Foreo mask uding Luna to clean skin and UFo Am using it daily make my day and call it a night face mask. Helps dealing with facial rosacea and decreases redness

Improved hydration of skin

I look forward to go to my shower and use my ufo afterwards. The masks have so much product on it that I use it more than once. The feeling during the treatment is amazing and my skin feels soft for 24 hours until my next shower. I can't wait to try all of them.

Spa at home

I bought it this month as a Christmas present for myself. I have bought luna mini last month and it was really great and convenient to use which does help to deep clean my skin. That's right I decided to buy their another product UFO. I've been using it everyday now and really feel that my skin is betting moisturize. Definitely will recommend it to everyone!

Great to use

The product is overall easy to use but there's little to no instructions on first time use or the masks themselves. I want to know how or why the mask does what it does, how to helps my skin but all it says is a basic description.  Also, i looked all over on how to set up and use the product the first time but never found any thing. Thankfully I found a small note about the app but even then no guide until I just went with it and pushed “start”.

Overall OK but needs better instructions

I bought the device for my mum and shes really happy with it, but we arw from Portugal and the app doenst work properly. That males the whole experience aqful becase she cant use other masks if not the male my day and call it a night. Please fix it asap or I will return it.

What a disappointment and waste of money!y husband got this device for me as a gift. I was very happy, however Ayer a few months of use it started asking proof of purchase in order to just activate it for my skin care routine. It was impossible to fully charge it again. I had no choice but to throw it away after weeks of trying g and aggravation.
