I have ordered one on 08/19/2016 and got it today. The item was in terrible condition. There was a dent in the exact middle of the board and the frame was also deformed, and the back of the composite wood board was also warped. I'm a regular buyer of Walmart and never had any poor experience with Walmart. This is the first time I bought from a market retailer on Walmart.com which is not sold directly by Walmart. The item can NOT be returned to Walmart store and can be returned only after getting a return authorization from the seller, and it charges a 15% restoring fee and you pay the returning shipping fee. I will NEVER buy this item and from this retailer again.

A return request was issued and waiting for a reply. Will update this review for returning handling by the seller.

Fast delivery, great price

Very delicate and fragile. Arrived demaged with several dents on sides and one dent directly on writing area. No worth the money.

rating a seller if the product shipping stinks doesn't help. So the board itself is thinner than a standard and does bend semi easily.  Now iv've kept this one on a wall without issue, but a previous one I had dropped a few times. The pen tray comes off very easily. You also have to wipe it regularly or take a Clorox wipe to remove residue if it's been on here a while. I'd recommend you put it in an open area as mine has dings from a door. Overall I love it despite all these issues that have more to do with me than it. find a good place and you should be good to go. If you worry about damage, pick one up locally, Walmart is thus far the cheapest I can find for personal use. I'd get a thicker one if you ar eusing it perfessionally.

Great whiteboard. Lots of space to write down information.  Place a little bit of tape onto the hanging hooks to keep the rattle down.
